Established In The Field
Although the concept of prefabricated roller bearing housing assemblies (cartridges) will be new to many roller manufacturers internationally – they have already been well established with our customers around the world for many years. As a consequence, the range of cartridge specifications outlined below is proven and well tested in the field – across a wide range of applications above and below ground and sometimes in extremely hostile environments.
Customers’ Own Specifications
As you can see – we have an established range of components which have proved themselves in the field. However the technology we have introduced means that it is possible to design alternative specifications of prefabricated bearing housing assemblies (cartridges) to customers’ own specifications – should they prefer different bearing specifications or different sealing specifications for example. Such alternative specifications could be designed to be completely interchangeable upon the roller production line with the CCI Ltd standard range of components.

Note – Different Roller Diameters
As can be seen from the above ISO/CEMA tables – CCI Ltd produces a series of standard components to suit standard international roller tube diameters. However – it is a fairly straightforward exercise to produce the majority of the cartridges outlined above to suit different roller diameters if required. This is simply a question of ensuring that the necessary production tooling is in place prior to manufacture.
